ASL PRO

This is the best site We've found to learn sign language. 

You will see real video clips of someone signing the word or phrase you want to learn.

This site includes:

1.  Dictionary- Click on the word you want to learn, and you can watch someone sign it. There are over 1300 signs in the dictionary.

2.  Conversational Phrases- Click on the phrase you want to learn, to watch someone sign it.

3.  Quiz me  -  You can test your ASL ability with short quizzes.  Watch someone sign a word, and guess what they signed.  A multiple choice quiz.

How to Talk to a Person Who Can't Hear

This is a video that I highly recommend. It is not your typical educational video- it is actually funny and entertaining. It was made specifically for hearing people to learn to Sign. Great for beginners!

FAAST

FAAST (Florida Assistive Services and Technology)

FAAST has an assistive technology loan program.  People can try out different assistive devices before buying them.  Many clients get assitive devices that cost thousands of dollars and they never use them.  This program gives the opportunity to try before you buy.
